Please read these Terms & Conditions ("Terms") carefully before purchasing the YouTube Monetization Risk Audit ("the Audit"). By completing your purchase, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
The Audit is a digital product consisting of a 25-question self-assessment, one of four risk levels (Low Risk, Moderate Risk, High Risk or Critical), and a category-based breakdown of areas that may affect your YouTube channel's monetization status. Access is delivered instantly after payment. You are taken to the Audit page right after checkout, and an access link is also emailed to you. To start the Audit you enter the email address you paid with.
Each purchase includes 3 runs of the Audit. A run is used each time you complete the questions and receive a report. Runs are tied to the email address you paid with and are not transferable. If you use all 3 and want more, you can purchase the Audit again to receive another 3 runs. Unused runs do not expire, but access may end if you ask us to delete your information, or if this product is discontinued.
The regular price of the Audit is $47 USD. A limited early-bird price of $17 USD is available to the first 100 buyers only. After the 100th purchase, the price reverts to $47 USD automatically. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your card information.
The Audit is designed to help you identify potential risk areas in your content and channel practices based on publicly known YouTube policies. It is not an official YouTube or Google product, service, or review, and completing the Audit does not guarantee approval into the YouTube Partner Program, continued monetization, or any specific outcome. All final decisions regarding monetization are made solely by YouTube/Google, based on their own policies and review process. The Audit covers content and policy risks only. It does not check invalid traffic, channel inactivity, watch hours or subscriber numbers, or things that limit ads on single videos without affecting your channel's monetization.
This Audit is an independently created educational tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by YouTube or Google LLC. Any references to YouTube's policies are based on publicly available information at the time of writing and may not reflect the most current version of YouTube's guidelines.
Payment is non-refundable. You get access the moment you pay, and your full results the moment you finish the quiz, so the Audit is delivered in full right away. Because of this, we do not offer refunds once payment is complete. This applies whether or not you have used all of your runs.
You agree to answer the Audit's questions honestly, based on your own content and channel practices. The accuracy of your results depends on the accuracy of your answers. We are not responsible for outcomes resulting from inaccurate or incomplete responses. You are responsible for entering the same email address you paid with. If you use a different address, the Audit will not recognize your purchase.
All content within the Audit, including questions, scoring methodology, and result explanations, is the original work of Natalie Fong and is protected by copyright. You may not copy, resell, distribute, or reproduce any part of the Audit without written permission.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Natalie Fong is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Audit, including but not limited to lost income, lost monetization opportunities, or channel penalties. The Audit is provided for informational and educational purposes only and does not constitute legal, financial, or professional advice. The Audit relies on third-party services to operate and deliver results. We are not liable for delays or interruptions caused by those services.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of this site or purchase of the Audit after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
