• Your answers to the Audit's questions, plus the channel niche you type in at the start, used to work out your risk level and build your report
• A record of your results and how many runs you have used, so we can deliver your report and keep track of your access
• Basic technical data (such as browser type or general location) collected automatically for site functionality

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Process your payment and deliver access to the Audit
• Send you your results, a purchase confirmation, a request for feedback, and occasional emails about our products and updates. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in the email
• Improve the Audit and this website
• Comply with legal or tax obligations

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

• Systeme.io, to host this website, manage checkout, and send emails
• Google, to process your answers, store your results, save a copy of your report, and run our optional feedback form
• Resend, to deliver your access email and your report

These providers only receive the information necessary to perform their function and have their own privacy policies governing how they handle your data.

4. How Long We Keep Your Information

We keep your purchase record and Audit results for as long as needed to provide your access, handle support questions, and meet legal and tax obligations. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

5. Your Rights and Data Deletion

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal information, including rights under Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA), and where applicable, the EU's GDPR or California's CCPA.

You can ask us to delete your information at any time by emailing hello@itsnataliefong.com. We will remove it from our systems where reasonably possible. Some records, such as payment records held by Stripe, must be kept to meet legal and tax requirements.

Please note that deleting your information also removes your access to the Audit and any unused runs.
